All product prices on Core Metrics are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) excluding goods and services tax (GST) and are subject to change at the discretion of Core Metrics.

Orders

The cancellation of any orders must be made within 24 hours and communicated by email to info@core-metrics.com.au from order confirmation. In instances where cancellations are requested after items have been despatched, customers will be required to pay any associated return shipping and handling fees.

Stock quantities may vary from time to time. Core Metrics’ available stock does not reflect orders which have been placed but not yet processed. In rare instances, a customer may place an order with products no longer available. In that instance Core Metrics will contact the customer to arrange alternative substitutions or a refund.
